Welcome to 2023 Cub Scout Day Camp!
"Off to the Races!"
Being outdoors and being a kid is what every Cub Scout wants to do! Our Twilight Camp and Day Camp programs are designed to use Scouting methods to teach and excite Cub Scouts of all ages. Parents choose the camp they want to attend, and you can choose how much your and your Scout want to participate! You can attend just one day of camp, or both! A few camps will even have an overnight option. These camps are for registered Cub Scouts entering grades 1-5 the following school year. Cub Scouts may attend any of the camps listed below and may also attend Cub Adventure Camp at Heart Butte Scout Reservation or Butler Wilderness Outpost at Camp Wilderness.
The Northern Lights Council will continue to have a Camp Director and Program Director that will travel around the council, working with local volunteers to conduct the camps. In 2023, many day camps will be Twilight camps held in the evenings (4:00 PM to 9:00 PM) rather than the mornings. Many camps will not feature an overnight option.

Incentive for Packs
Register 50% of your Cub Scout Pack, or 10 Cub Scouts (whichever is less) and all Cub Scouts included in your pack’s registration will get $10 OFF!
All Scouts must be included in the same registration and not registered individually. Contact us before submitting the registration so we can apply the discount!

Camperships
Every Scout deserves to go to camp – camperships are camp scholarships for Northern Lights Council Scouts who would otherwise be financially unable to attend camp. A limited number of camperships are available for up to 1/2 the total camp fee.

PIT CREW NEEDED!
Volunteer Staff will be needed for each of the camp locations. Each camp will need a Day Camp Coordinator to help recruit staff and promote the camp. We will also need station leaders. Adults can help in any of the stations and Scouts BSA youth can help in most of these stations! If you are interested in helping to make camp the best it can be for Cub Scouts, please contact your local District Executive or let the Camp Director know!
